a voice chat channel would be nice... i know how to make a temporary one for free but im not sure how to get a perminant free one

Teamspeak3 Client

Once it is downloaded, install once thats done open it

Click Bookmarks

Add Bookmarks

information:
Label: Free Channel
Address: Canada.PublicTeamSpeak.com
Port: 9987
Nickname: (your username)

once thats done at the top right click on the channel
"PublicTeamSpeak.com Server"

Create Channel

Name: NZ-Sparta, or NZ-Lounge
Password: nzrules
Topic:Gaming

turn the quality upto max

Click ok, it will put you into the channel

but if you leave and no one is in there it will be removed
